Open Northfleet is looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic people to help us run the festival on Saturday 3 October 2026.
The roles may include welcoming visitors, front-of-house support, helping with installation and set-up, providing directions and wayfinding, supporting artists and venues, and assisting with practical coordination throughout the day.
These are paid roles. Successful applicants will be paid at the applicable National Minimum Wage hourly rate for all agreed hours worked. Exact working hours, locations and responsibilities will be confirmed in advance, and everyone will receive a briefing before the festival.
We are looking for people who are approachable, proactive, comfortable working with the public and happy to work as part of a team. Previous festival or events experience is helpful but not essential.
This is an opportunity to meet new people, support local creativity and play an important part in making the Open Northfleet Festival a welcoming and successful day for the whole community.
Please use this form to tell us about yourself, any relevant experience, your availability on the festival day and any access requirements we should be aware of.
For questions about the application, please email opennorthfleet@gmail.com.
